We are looking for an Office/Shipper/Warehouse Assistant to help us with the support and running of the daily operations of the company. Industry: online sales, retail and wholesale.
The ideal candidate must Bilingual (Spanish- English), responsible and able to undertake a variety of office and warehouse support tasks and work diligently.
No experience is necessary just some knowledge of computer work.
Training will be provided.
This person must be comfortable working with a degree of attention to details.
Pay Start at$15.50 x hour

- Las funciones principales son: limpieza de 1 Apartamento de vacaciones ubicado on Pompano Beach, limpieza d 3 RV(Motorhomes), y el resto de los dias que no hay limpiezas se completan las horas empacando ordenes y haciendo labores en general en el warehouse ubicado en Deerfield Beach.
- Horario del warehouse es de 7:30 am a 4:30 pm de Lunes a Viernes.
- Se le garantiza horas full time todas las semanas.
- Debe de estar disponible los fines de semana y dias feriados, segun sean los dias de limpiezas.
- Debe tener vehiculo. No hace falta hablar Ingles.
- Cualidades: el candidato ideal debe de tener buena disposicion de trabajo en equipo y por si solo. Ser puntual y responsable. Seguir instrucciones de trabajo. Completar el trabajo con calidad y prestar atencion a detalles. Cumplir horarios de limpiezas. Se le da entrenamiento.

Responsibilities

-Execute a variety computer tasks to be completed in the daily basis.
-Answer the phone, perform receptionist duties, perform sales.
-Be in contact with customers and follow up in their inquiries until resolution.
-Perform customer service tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Compose emails in a professional manner. Will deal will daily operations of online stores.
-Provide information requested to customers. Take and process orders and payments.
-File online claims for insurance for lost and damaged packages.
-When needed execute and process shipping labels for daily orders and shipments.
-Order office and warehouse supplies.
Must be comfortable with browsing for information online.
-Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
-Reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
When needed conduct inventory, update inventory and pricing in computer.
-Create spread sheets.
-Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
-Coordinate with the warehouse the effective completion of daily functions.
-Must be bilingual Spanish-English .
-Assist with other tasks assigned.

Some experience as office assistant.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in MS Office.

Warehouse Worker / Trabajador de Alamacen
Limpieza y Mantenimiento de Rv.
Pago inicial $15 - $18.75 x hora.
Esta posicion es a tiempo completo de 40 - 50 horas x semana aproximadamente, de Lunes a Viernes.
Posible trabajar los fines de semana tambien. Cuando es necesario se trabajan horas extras durante la semana.
Las industrias que se manejan son: ventas por internet mayorista y minonista (wholesale and retail) de productos de belleza y para el hogar, rentas y servicios de RV, Motorhomes, Trailers.

Debe tener vechiculo para transportarse.

Las labores principales incluyen pero no son limitadas a estas funciones:

Almacen:
Empaque de productos y ordenes.
Recibir cargamentos y reconciliarlos con el invoice/packaing list.
Crear y despachar pallets/cajas.
Tiquetear merchancia y preparar mercancia para envio.
Cargar cajas de hasta 50lbs.
Organizar mercancia en almacen. Aprender identificacion de productos. Seguir instrucciones de embalaje segun procedimientos establecidos.

Matenimiento de RV:
Realizar limpieza exterior de RV, recogidas y entregas de RV en vehiculo de la compania y otros mantenimiento de rv.
Otras actividades asignadas.

El candidato ideal debe tener buena disposicion de trabajo, ser responsable, puntual, agil, no ausentarse a no ser por emergencias, seguir instrucciones, tener buena comunicacion, tomar responsibilidad del almacen como su organizacion y buen funcionamiento, velar por la constancia y calidad del trabajo, prestar atencion a detalles.
Esta es una posicion a largo plazo y con posibilidad de crecimiento.
Se le da entrenamiento.
