Make sure to remove makeup before a workout to prevent acne.
Let’s face it, your makeup won’t be intact after a long run or sweaty spin class anyway. It is fine to use wipes to remove makeup before your workout. Then, wash your face post-workout to fully cleanse. (via American Academy of Dermatology)
