The Plunge

Don’t you remember the good old days when you and your friends would ride bikes around all day with no real plan?

someone would randomly say “let’s go to my house,” and everybody would pull up, throw their bikes in the grass, hang out for a little, then head right back out riding again before the street lights came on.

that feeling is rare now.

but every weekend at The Plunge, seeing all the bikes lined up outside brings that feeling back a little bit.

people riding over after a long ride, hanging out, recovering together, talking, laughing, cold plunging, sauna sessions, then heading back out again.

it’s almost like being a kid again, just with recovery instead of juice boxes.
