🐾 YOU DID IT AGAIN, ! 🩷🎉

You answered the call in a BIG way! Thanks to your incredible generosity, our Sandy Must Pet Food Donation Drive collected more than 1,500 pounds of pet food, valued at over $3,000! 🐶🐱 That’s a whole lot of full bowls, happy tails, and grateful hearts!

Your donations are helping fill our pet food pantry and ensuring that the beloved pets of our Meals on Wheels clients get the nourishment they need. ❤️

🐾 Why does it matter? According to , one-third of clients with pets have sacrificed essentials like groceries and medicine to care for their furry companions. At SourcePoint, we’re working to change that—one pet meal at a time. 🐕💕

In 2025, we delivered more than 9,000 pounds of pet food to help older adults care for the four-legged family members who bring them so much love and companionship. And in 2026, we’re building on that impact together! 🐾💪

💗 MISSED THE DONATION DRIVE? YOU CAN STILL HELP!

The Just for Paws Pet Program depends entirely on the generosity of donors and the dedication of volunteers. There are still plenty of ways to lend a helping paw! 🐾

Check out our new commercial food steamer, made possible by a generous grant from the Delaware County Foundation! ♨️🎁

This equipment gets a daily workout in the SourcePoint kitchen. The culinary team uses it for up to six hours a day to prepare everything from pasta and vegetables to soups and more. It cooks food quickly and evenly, making it ideal for large batches.

Steaming also requires little to no added fat, helping us prepare thousands of nutritious meals each day for diners at and for our clients. (SourcePoint delivers more than 1,200 meals daily to older adults across Delaware County.)

Thank you, DCF, for supporting SourcePoint and the older adults in our community! ❤️

⏳Timely Tips from the SourcePoint Insurance Education Team:

Ohio will have no $0 premium Medicare Part D plans in 2027. The Humana Basic Rx Plan, which costs $0 in 2026, will rise to $11.30 next year. Anyone staying in this plan should contact Humana directly to set up premium billing, since re-enrolling through Medicare Plan Finder will not ensure accurate billing for current members. Taking action now is the best way to avoid losing coverage.

If you missed out on securing a 1:1 Open Enrollment appointment with our Insurance Specialists, you can still get great Open Enrollment support through the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP). Call 800.686.1578 for more info.

Laughter, conversation, and new connections are all part of SourcePoint Trips. With someone else handling the planning and driving, it’s easy to relax and enjoy a memorable experience. 🚎

Gray skies and raindrops couldn’t dampen anyone’s spirits during last week’s adventure to Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens in Akron. The trip began with a wonderful breakfast buffet at Der Dutchman Bellville, followed by shopping and people-watching before the group headed out to tour the home of Goodyear founder F.A. Seiberling. The Tudor-style estate features many state-of-the-art elements from the early 1900s.

SourcePoint guests thoroughly enjoyed a guided tour of the Manor House. Afterward, members explored the beautiful grounds, spanning more than 70 acres, browsed Molly’s Shop, and enjoyed refreshments at the Courtyard Café.

Are you ready for an adventure of your own? Explore everything SourcePoint offers for the 55 and better community, including more trips, art and music classes, a fitness center, learning opportunities, and more! Visit MySourcePoint.org/enrichment today.
