Defensiveness is interesting.
Especially in an industry that’s supposed to be built on
learning, evolving, and serving the client!
Not every method is wrong.
BUT not every method is right for every person either.
And the moment education feels like an attack...
there’s usually something deeper there. After 20+ years, I’m
not here to argue techniques. I’m here to make sure my
clients hair is healthy, seamless, and sustainable long-term.

If your extensions are growing out weird... this might be why.
What you’re seeing here is uneven grow-out from sew-in wefts which can lead to uneven tension on the scalp. Some areas start to pull more than others, beads shift, and the weight distribution isn’t sitting where it should anymore.
That’s when you can run into stress on the hair... and over time, that’s not something you want. And to be clear this isn’t about “bad extensions.” It’s about installation and whether the method actually works for your hair type, density, and lifestyle.
For me personally, this is why I don’t offer this method. I’ve tried everything over the years (20+ years in this industry, and I’m always going to choose what I genuinely believe is best for my clients hair health, not just what’s trending.
