CORRECTION ➡️ For Before

Thank You for the amazing tutorial.

This 5” color correction took me 5.5 hours!
In this clients case, the correction involves using low lights to darken the line of demarcation while also adding highlights to further take away that line , reducing the contrast between the regrowth and the rest of the hair.

By strategically placing the low lights in the back
and having an alternating pattern in the front
Fine slice
Weave lowlight off the midsection
By doing this the lines are softened and blended, resulting in a more seamless overall natural look.

I added 16 foils around the hair line to add brightness around the face highlights.
Adding horizontal micro slices in the area closest to her part. At the part line I did 4 micro slices and a weave at the very Top.

To brighten the ends I used a highlift color w/ 20vol and smudged down the root with 6n. Letting it all process for 15 minutes.

Of course was helping me in every step.

Toned all over using Calura 10v, 10gv, and 10n.

This mama need a brighten up!
Did a heavy full highlight going between slices and weaves to have a bright contrast and for extra coverage! When foils are ready I pull through the old lightener just to hit the ends and get even more brightness.

I than went in and did a quick blonde just to take off the old and dull ends.
