Bichonne Day Retreat is looking for upbeat, personable individuals to join our team! We are dedicated to providing an excellent experience to all of our clients. Great for students looking for flexible hours between school; nights end 8pm at the latest, and competitive pay.

We are looking for an individual that has developed the understanding of customer service, professionalism, and excellent work ethics. Our hours of operation range from 8am-7pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-6pm Sundays. Some weekends is required.

7 Days of training is required of all receptionist to ensure understanding of procedures and operation of the spa as well as to ensure a great fit in team for both parties.

Requirements:

*Ability to work mornings, nights or long shifts

*Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

* Ability to perform basic computer skills

* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed

* Team player

*Reliability

Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to):

* Scheduling salon services for clients while implementing proper procedures

* Executing standard telephone skills while using appropriate customer service etiquette

* Greeting guests

* Basic cleaning skills

* Resolving client challenges, with support from the Salon Manager when necessary

* Support retail and service staff

* Closing and balancing register drawer

We are currently accepting appointments and walk-ins.

We are opened Monday- Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday we open at 11:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM.
We do have early check in 30 minutes prior to opening. 💅
