You do NOT ever have to sit in my chair and apologize for having to stretch an appointment out, change your service, get less done, or change to a lower maintenance service!!! I am human and understand the world is not the greatest for most right now and that life happens. My job is to be there for each of you to adapt and overcome whatever we are working with that day then get a game plan for the future.

So before you even start to think I will be upset for whatever reason just know that my chair is always open and my only job is to welcome you back with a smile on my face.
