Jayson Diaz is a 25-year-old self taught barber who has followed in his father and grandmother’s footsteps into the hair business. Over the course of a few years, Jayson has learned the art of hair styling, straight razor shaving, texture scissor cutting, and bald fading. He graduated from Expert Barber Beauty Academy in September 2023, and got licensed on November of the same year. Outside of being a barber, Jayson is a huge film and anime nerd, and is a DFW-based actor having acted in professional and community theatre productions around the Metroplex and plans on expanding into film, TV, and voiceover. Before barber school, Jayson earned an associate’s degree in acting from KD Conservatory in September 2020. With a desire to become his own boss, Jayson took the leap and dove into the world of haircutting in October of 2021. Jayson is also an active runner, and loves to spend his downtime at the gym when not watching movies or anime.

You’re not dreaming, fried chicken sandwiches are back this weekend.

Here’s the kicker: we are doing two kinds of fried chicken sandwiches. One of em is the OG sando with the hot sauce mayo and the Dr Pepper pickles. The other one is a surprise even from me right now (It’s annoying I know, join the club) but if you look close enough you could prolly figure it out.
