Keto BS- Bariatric Surgery

Ya'll check this out!!! Went to Jersey Mike's Subs and got the bowl instead of a sandwhich. The wrap has 54 carbs so obviously I didn't do that. This thing is full of turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce, pickles, jalapeños, grilled onions and peppers, and light tomatoes (those are higher carbs) topped with olive oil and black pepper/salt. This is enough for 2 meals. Best $10 spent on a great LOW CARB meal.

My hubby found these hats that all say "BURR" like our last name. I thought he had gotten them made but actually got them for 5 bucks each at the store. Guess were made for people who say "burrrr" when it's cold outside. Lol

With our Ketogenic Living Coaching business just launching a few weeks ago I couldn't be happier with our 1st group of clients!! Actually it happen to be I am coaching a group of all ladies right now and its been great.

They have just finished their first week of Ketogenic Living 101 which is online!! They are all doing amazing and every single person is losing weight, but not feeling deprived or hungry, enjoying the extra energy and are in ketosis. I am so proud of their hard work and determination while they also support each other in our group. I feel truly honored that they have instilled their trust in me to help guide them.
There are 7 of them with 1 living in Scotland and 1 in southern Texas and very actice in the program. The other 5 are all from frisco/flower mound areas. Our 5 local ladies were ready for a big change and all do our 1:1 In-Person personal coaching that goes for 3 months. This is a perfect amount of time as they will have 3 months of coaching and information they have learned and lived under their belt. I will always be available to any client of mine or anyone else who has a keto question. I also know they will continue their ketogenic lifestyle and all the benefits from it... can't wait to see all the changes over these few months!!

Came across some pictures of me in high school. All I can say is wow, I knew I was a big girl but now that I am less then 1/2 the size I was before surgery (@ 18 years old in 2001) it is really mind blowing. Thanks to Keto I am back on track and crave the gym instead of sweets and bagels!! it Keto style

Before losing weight my gut would always get in the way. Along with Wright lifting I have been working on fleaxability. Next up.... the splits!!! Ya right, but maybe😉
