👉🏼Eating less than 1200 calories a day?
Under eating⚠️
👉🏼6-7 workouts a week?
Rest days are just as important as workout days. You need at least 2 of them!
👉🏼Cut out carbs, they made you fat?
Carbohydrates is the preferred energy source for your body. How you consume them is very important as well as what types!

So many clients need a reverse diet before continuing their deficit phase that they have been in for years…
Your metabolism needs a reset to function the way that it’s supposed to.
Your body needs REST just as much as it needs activity… how much are you sleeping?
These factors all play major roles in weight loss, not just your diet and exercise!

In both pictures I was “dieting”⚠️
Diet culture pulls everyone in to a “must quick diet to have that body” which usually means:
Cutting carbs
5+ day intense workouts
Hours of cardio
Cutting sugar
Restricting fun foods
& the list goes on…
The problem with this diet trends?❌
It isn’t sustainable, nor is it enjoyable. Which then means you will find yourself “quitting” shortly after just to struggle starting the diet all over again.
If you have to “restart” your diet, that is not a sustainable diet for you‼️
Why not start focusing on sustainable healthier habits now to create a healthier version of you before dieting?
You can still have your pizza fridays🍕
You can still have your movie night popcorn🍿
You can still make all your holiday treats🥧
You can still have that birthday cake of yours🎂
