All you need is 2 dumbbells, a solid 30-45 minutes, and maybe some pre workout 🏋🏼 perfect for traveling or a quick pump at home.

1️⃣ Single Leg RDL → Reverse Lunge
Glutes, hamstrings, balance.
Tip: 10 reps one side without touching down, then switch.
2️⃣ Devil’s Press
Full-body power + cardio.
Tip: Wide feet, smooth floor-to-overhead with no pause.
3️⃣ Piston Row
Back + core.
Tip: Fast pull, slow controlled lower.
4️⃣ Pick Up, Twist & Press
Full body + core control.
Tip: Start light, build as you get fluid.
5️⃣ Rotational Chest Press
Chest + core.
Tip: Start with 1 DB, big rotation → progress to 2.
6️⃣ Lateral Lunge
Glutes + inner thighs.
Tip: Big step out, knee stacked, back foot stays grounded.
10-12 reps, repeat for 3 rounds 🌶️
