Paul G first met James and Robert at Arrowhead Correctional Facility, where he played a direct role in supporting their parole process and helping prepare them for reentry.

Today, through his work with Fit 4 Recovery in collaboration with the Colorado Department of Corrections pre release program, Paul continues helping men and women transition from prison to the community and get set up for success through apprenticeship training.

Seeing that support come full circle inside R&R Head Labs is exactly why this work matters.

We had the honor of welcoming Father Greg Boyle, founder of , and Jose Arellano, V.P. of Operations, to R&R Head Labs during their visit from Los Angeles, along with Andy from .

They shared stories and perspectives with our barbers about second chances, opportunity, and the work being done through Homeboy Industries, the largest gang intervention organization in the United States. It was a powerful and inspiring conversation.
