We weren’t taught how to calm our nervous system because we didn’t fully understand the need and long term effects of heightened nervous systems
Now we know more and have experienced the huge benefits of nervous system regulation and emotional health
Movement, breath, warmth and rhythm aren’t “extra”
They are foundational well being measures
They should be provider prescribed 😍
