Hi friends!
Many of you have been here with me from the very beginning, watching me grow for the last 13+ years. You’ve seen my passion for my craft, my clients, and the people I work alongside.

Lately, I’ve felt a shift.

I’ve hit a point in my career where it’s clear: I either adjust my sails, or eventually sink from carrying too much for too long. And I know I’m not the only one who’s felt that.

So I started thinking about more than your hair.

I want to reach people in physically demanding careers — and yes, that includes desk jobs too. If your body, brain, or energy are drained by the end of the day, you count.

I care about longevity now. Not just doing good work, but being healthy enough to KEEP doing it — physically, mentally, emotionally.

Burnout is real. And coming back from it is no small journey.

I want to contribute more than great hair to my community. I want to contribute support, real conversation, tools, and a place to land when the tank is empty.

That’s why I created Balanced Beauties — a space for people who give a lot to others and are ready to learn how to give some of that back to themselves too.
