Hello to all our lovelies, we just wanted to touch base seeing as we're getting into the colder weather, and climbing Covid-19 numbers.

Please wear a well fitting comfortable mask, if possible, ones that go around the ears.

Please only bring yourself, if a child is under 3, there can be someone to supervise, family and friends we suggest grabbing a cup of coffee as our waiting area inside is limited with new mandated protocol.
Only people receiving services can be allowed to stay inside, this is a State mandate. Please know it is in the best interest of our community to keep our environment safe for everyone.

Please disclose if you've been on a plane, or have had a known exposure within 2 weeks of your service. This is so we may take more precaution. Additionally, if you are not feeling well please call to reschedule.

As we are mandated to service all clients on an individual basis ( no double booking) last minute cancellations on cut & color appointments that extend 3 or more hours will require a small deposit. It is our pleasure to offer you our exclusive professional time!

Cancellations/rescheduling 48 hours prior to appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations/rescheduling 24 hours prior to appointment, you will receive half of your deposit.

Cancellations/rescheduling less than 24 hours there will be no refund of the deposit.

Because our success depends on our productivity, cancellations in advance gives us the opportunity to fill in vacant appointments. We hope to encourage common courtesy and thank you for understanding. It is our pleasure to serve our community!

If you find yourself trying to find an appointment last minute and we appear to be fully booked, send us an email with your name, contact number & service. We check emails in the mornings and will promptly call you to fill a cancellation.
