I’ve been fascinated by healing touch since I was about 8 years old. I became licensed in 2011, but the truth is it took years of my own healing journey before I fully trusted my gifts and gave myself permission to build a life around this work.

Today, it remains one of the greatest honors of my life to support people through grief, stress, recovery, transformation, and coming home to themselves.

Grace came to me during a season of grief and transition. While talk therapy supported her healing, Reiki and bodywork helped her process emotions in a different way.
