Your installs don’t last past a week because some stylist fail to inform their clients on how to take care of their hair after their appointment 🤷🏽♀️
So here is some care tips/ reasons why your wig install isn’t lasting ⬇️
• your home stylist routine: using a wax stick and hot comb repeatedly to get that flat look is unnecessary and one of the reasons your lace is lifting. All the oils from the wax stick is causing the adhesive to breakdown faster. Instead use a setting spray
• your night time routine: elastic band warriors I’m talking to you😭 wearing an elastic band every night is the reason your wig is sliding back and turning black. Instead, at night wear a black strip or a thin satin silk scarf at night
• what you do when you’re being active: when you’re out working out/ moving around it’s cause you to be hot and sweaty and wearing your elastic band during this is the reason your wig is sliding back and your natural hair like start peeking from under the wig because you are trapping the heat from you head under the band🫣 instead when you’re out and about wear nothing. You lace needs to be able to breathe
