Dear T.S Hair Artistry Clients,

I hope you are enjoying the holiday season! I wanted to personally share an important update regarding my hours of operation and scheduling as we approach tax season.

Beginning December 12, my hours of operation will change.

As many of you know, I am also a full-time Tax Professional during tax season. Because of this, working in the salon will become my secondary responsibility from December through the end of tax season.

What This Means for You
• All appointments will be “request only.”
Once you submit a request, I will review my schedule and place you in the earliest available time slot.
• Availability will be limited and may vary week-to-week. If I have an opening that fits your requested time frame, I will confirm it with you promptly.
• There may be slight delays for your appointment start time. (You will be notified directly if such occurs) My tax office is neathe salon, so if I’m assisting another tax client or on a call with the IRS, I may be running a few minutes behind. I appreciate your grace and patience during this transition.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding scheduling, timing, or availability, please email or text me directly. I will respond as soon as I am able to.

Why It’s So Important to Book the Correct Services (Including Add-Ons)

Dear Valued Clients,

In order to serve you with the highest level of care and quality, it is very important that you book all the correct services and add-ons needed for your appointment at the time of booking.

Here’s why:

⏰ 1. Time is Reserved Specifically for What You Book

Each service has a specific time slot allocated based on what you select during booking. If you book a basic service (like a shampoo & style), but come in needing something more involved (like a silk press, deep treatment, or trim), there may not be enough time to properly complete everything.

This can lead to:
• Rushed services
• Incomplete appointments
• Other clients being delayed
• Or the need to reschedule your appointment entirely

➕ 2. Add-Ons Matter

Add-on services (like scalp treatments, trims, hydration masks, etc.) are not automatically included unless you select them. These services require additional time and specific prep. If you wait to request them during your visit, I may not be able to honor them due to time restrictions.

Please don’t assume I’ll “squeeze it in” — I want to give every client the full attention and quality they deserve, including YOU!

Booking the correct services ensures that your total cost is transparent and predictable. If additional services are added last minute, your price and appointment time will both increase. Avoid surprises by booking what you need up front.
