There WAS a time of doubting myself, overworking, wondering if it as all worth it, and praying the long draining days, setbacks, risks, every client, every lesson would build the life I dreamed of having.
Im not just grateful for my personal success , but now turning around and helping other stylists scale their businesses, raise their standards, and finally see what they’re truly capable of doing. Another reason I started my mastermind retreats.
When people joke and say “hairstyling” isn’t a real job lol. It bought me my house. Bought me a salon and bought me my dream car.
I stopped undercharging when I realized being fully booked didn’t mean I had a successful business.
Luxury work deserves luxury pricing.
When I raised my prices to match my skill and experience, everything changed. Better clients, more respect, less burnout, and a business that finally felt sustainable.
