Bright colors, big smiles, and a whole lot of personality! 🌈✨
There’s something special about parents who let their little ones express themselves through their style. From pink and purple to blue, green, and every color in between, these colorful braids aren’t just a hairstyle—they’re confidence, creativity, and childhood magic all wrapped into one. 💕
Kids spend so much time being told what to do, what to wear, and how to act. So when they get the chance to choose those extra-long, colorful braids they’ve been dreaming about, their faces light up in the best way! 🥰
Because childhood is the perfect time to be bold, be colorful, be creative, and most importantly… be YOU. 🎨🦄💖
If you’ve been following Taylor, then you already know she’s not afraid to tell us exactly how she feels. 😂
At first, these Mommy & Me Boho Braids were styled up in a ponytail… and let’s just say Taylor was NOT impressed. The facial expressions were giving, “Absolutely not.” 🤨💅🏽
But the moment those braids came down and started hanging? BABY, the attitude changed instantly! Suddenly she’s smiling, sashaying, and strutting out of the shop like she’s booked for Fashion Week. ✨🤣
It’s amazing how fast a little girl can go from “I don’t like it” to “Everybody look at me!” when the style finally hits just right.
Needless to say, Taylor approved. And if that runway walk at the end doesn’t prove it, I don’t know what will. 😂💖
Half knotless, half feed-ins, and crochet boho curls for the perfect blend of sleek, lightweight, and full-bodied beauty! ✨
In this tutorial, I’ll show you exactly how I create this trending protective style from start to finish. The feed-ins add style while the knotless braids and crochet boho hair add effortless volume and movement. 💁🏽♀️
Save this video for your next braid appointment, and don’t forget to share it with a braider who loves learning new techniques!

Part 9 of “Doing It My Mother…Self” 🛠️✨
From dusty basement steps to a whole new vibe 😮💨
Painted the stairs, added slip pads so nobody’s doing accidental gymnastics down there, and finally got to see the FULL finished look come together 🤍🏡
Every project been teaching me patience, problem solving, and how to use tools I definitely had to Google first 😂
The transformation is transformation-ing… and this is STILL just the beginning. More rooms, more chaos, more DIYs coming soon 👀 Stay tuned.
Part 8 of “Doing It My Mother…Self” 🪵✨
Whoever invented knotty pine clearly never had to strip it 😭 Spent the day peeling years off these basement wood panels so the whole space finally starts looking like it belongs in the same house. One step closer to the vision… and yes, the stairs are finally getting painted in Part 9 👀🎨
This basement has tested my patience, my back, and my camera angles… but we move 😂
Part 7 of “Doing It My Mother…Self” and this time we’re ripping old tile off the basement steps, uncovering mystery layers, sanding everything down, and pretending the dust isn’t fighting back 😂 One thing about me…I’m gonna make these 100-year-old house problems everybody’s business. Prep work is NOT cute but the transformation will be 👏🏽
“POV: one thing about me…I’m gonna paint the room and convince myself I can rewire a light fixture after 😭💡✨”
Part 6 of Doing It MyMother…Self — fresh paint, a new light fixture, and only 3 mini breakdowns later 😂🏡
“POV: you start one little DIY project and suddenly the whole house getting renovated 😂🏡 Part 5 of doing it my mother…self and today we’re giving this back entryway the fresh white makeover it desperately needed 🤍🚪 One coat at a time and somehow still covered in paint by the end 😭
They wanted identical braids… and identical attitudes came included for free. 😂💕
Mommy said, “Make us match,” and baby girl said, “Period.” 💁🏽♀️✨
Nothing sweeter than a mommy-and-me braid style that’s so identical people have to do a double take. From the parts to the braids, these two are serving matching crowns and matching main-character energy.
Cute, coordinated, and probably plotting against daddy together. 🤭
“Triangle parts got you looking cross-eyed? 😂 This tutorial breaks down the easiest trick to getting clean, even triangle parts every single time — start in the MIDDLE of each row first! Once your center guide is locked in, the rest of the parts fall right into place like magic. No guessing, no uneven sections, no stressing with the rat tail comb for 3 business days 😭🔥 Perfect for beginners AND braiders wanting sharper results!” ✨🪮💎
