This is one of my favorite scriptures. So many good benefits—most of which I was already familiar with. The part that really caught my attention is that our youth can be renewed like the eagles. This shows me that God cares about how we age. And there are things we can do to age gracefully, supernaturally! What we put into our mouth determines how we age. So much so that even in the beginning, death or living forever was based on the fruit that was eaten in the garden. And we know what happened there, even though there was a warning.
