This event will take place 2013 at the Gibraltar Trade Center During Str8 Face Makeup & Fashion Mags Black Friday Weekend Health & Beauty Expo. Earl Dawkins.
For this years event 12 competitors will battle it out for the cash prize of $1000 and a write up in the mag about his/her career in the industry and the experience in the competiton. The competition deadlines are based on 1st come 1st serve basis or the Sept. 30th, 2013 end of business day deadline. There is a $300.00 entry fee.
