This phrase is one that I NEVER take lightly!

Unless your baby is already here, It is NEVER too late to change your birth plan.

More often than not when new Doula Clients begin talking about previous birth experiences there are many things they would change. I hear their hearts when they say "I wish I would have"... This is usually followed by; "I wish I would have"…

• Had more support.

• More education.

• Someone there to help me physically and emotionally.

• Someone to help and support my partner (and/or family members).

• A person to help us feel informed.

• Someone to help us have a plan for labor and what things may look like if that birth plan changes for our family in anyway.

I will always say YOU deserve to be supported and taken care of throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
