This one asks you to shed.

COBRA was the very first presentation of the Zen in a Jar Wellness Collection. I designed it during a season of transition—a time of processing hard realizations, relationship shifts, and learning that growth often requires us to release what no longer serves us.

Looking back, I remember I wasn’t just creating a fragrance.

I was creating a ritual.

Inspired by Megan Thee Stallion’s COBRA, this collection celebrates the courage to shed what weighs us down. Not just toxic people…but outdated beliefs, old habits, and even versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown.

Because every snake sheds.

As can we.

The fragrance opens with the soft sweetness of Pink Cashmere(jasmine + coconut + vanilla) and Bulgarian Rose, settles into the richness of Oud, and finishes with invigorating Eucalyptus—the fragrance note that instantly transforms an ordinary shower into a restorative experience.

But the fragrance is only the beginning.

Every ritual begins with a Sapo (African net sponge)—the same ones I personally use and source from Luv Scrub. If you’ve been with ZIJ for a while, you already know I recommend them exclusively. Their Sapo has become a staple in my own wellness routine, making it the perfect first step in our ritual of release.
