Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours notice will be charged half of service scheduled.
Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours notice will be charged for the full amount of service scheduled.
No Shows will be charged for the full amount of service scheduled and will not be re-booked until deposit has been made.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment.

It’s been a while since our last post! Thank you all for your continued cooperation during this time of uncertainty with Covid-19! We strive to still make this a relaxed and fun time for you in the shop... masks and all! We have enjoyed seeing all of you!

During this time of temporarily closing our doors, please keep in mind that we do have inventory! We can still deliver your products. Keep us in mind during this uncertain time. Of course we will reschedule you when the time comes.

As you all know, most businesses are closing their doors temporarily... this includes hair salons. This upcoming week will again be postponed. We know this is not ideal, but we want our world to heal so we can all see better days. If you are one of our clients, please call or text our cell directly instead of calling the shop. We sincerely hope to see you guys soon. Give us a little patience as we figure out how to navigate through this.

CLIENTS: Every year I feel the need to remind of common courtesy. Please, please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have been sick within 48 hours of your appointment. We will go out of our way to get you in ASAP. If you come in and show signs of being sick (fever, cough, sneezing), I will reschedule you anyways.

We have already seen multiple children diagnosed with the flu. Please be aware of the symptoms.
