As long as my vendors don’t increase their prices too much, I will continue doing everything I can to stay affordable for my clients.

On Wednesday, someone booked a 2-hour session but ended up being a “no call, no show” without any notice. I’ll admit, I was a little disappointed because I could’ve filled that spot with clients who have been patiently waiting, especially since my earliest availability is May 20th.

But instead of dwelling on it, I chose to see that extra time as a blessing. I was able to clean, reset, and even do my friend’s nails instead.

I never lost faith in God. He always provides in ways we don’t expect. 🙏 Thursday and today, He blessed me with people purchasing gift certificates, and my heart is just so full of gratitude.

Thank you to EVERYONE who continues to support me, trust me, recommend me, pray for me, and to anyone who has ever booked with me even if it was just once. Your support means more to me than words can truly express, and you all help keep my small business going every single day. ❤️

As of today, I will be requiring a $40 deposit for all NEW clients prior to booking an appointment which it will go towards your service. If no show, it is a non-refundable deposit.

I’ve done my best to remain understanding during this time of rising costs and inflation. However, like many independent hairdressers, massage therapists, and estheticians, this is my only source of income.

When a client “no calls/no shows,” it doesn’t just leave an empty spot it prevents me from filling that time and directly impacts my ability to provide for my family and cover essential bills.

My booking system sends a 72-hour confirmation and a 24-hour reminder for all appointments. I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. You are not required to explain the reason just a simple notice allows me the opportunity to offer that spot to someone on the waiting list.

I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
