Okay so new update ✨

With summer time coming up, a lot of people either cancel last minute or don’t show at all to their hair appointments. So from here on I will be implementing a cancellation policy and requiring a deposit to book any color appointments with me in the future! I hate doing this because it’s not all of my clients, but in order to make sure everyone shows and my time/product isn’t wasted and bought for no reason, I have to do this !

✨Deposits are Non-refundable, but it goes towards your service total anyways, deposits just make sure you actually show for your appointment and to cover the cost of the supplies to do your hair in case you decide to no show. They are also non transferable, so if you don’t cancel your appointment in the window of time, you will have to pay another deposit for your next appointment.

✨I will be making a separate post about cancellation policy, but now I need 24 hours notice of canceling your appointment, obviously emergency situations will be discussed and options will be discussed then ! If you cancel after the 24 hours, you’re required to pay a new deposit. If you cancel within your window, your deposit will transfer to your next appointment!
