**STOP Posting Homes and Start Building a Brand**
Let's talk about social media, Realtors.
If your entire page is nothing but "Just Listed," "Price Improvement," and "Open House This Weekend," you're leaving money on the table.
People don't hire Realtors because of a house.
They hire Realtors because they KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST the person behind the account.
Think about it...
When someone moves to a new city, they're not just looking for a house. They're looking for:
 The best neighborhoods
 Schools
 Restaurants
 Date night spots
 Family activities
 Local events
Social media gives you the opportunity to become the local expert before they ever need a Realtor.
Here's what I think every Realtor should be posting:
 New Construction Tours
 Neighborhood Spotlights
 Local Businesses
 Market Updates
 Behind the Scenes
 Client Success Stories
 Day in the Life Content
 Frequently Asked Questions
 Community Events
And here's the biggest mistake I see...
Many Realtors post content but never tell people what to do next.
Every post should have a call to action:
 Send me a message.
 Join my email list.
 Follow for local updates.
 Download my home buyer guide.
If you're not moving people from social media to your email list, website, or CRM, you're building someone else's platform instead of your own business.
Social media is no longer optional in real estate.
The Realtors who consistently show up online, educate their audience, and stay visible are the ones getting the referrals, the repeat business, and the listings.
The question is...
Are you just posting houses, or are you building a brand?

Moms carry the weight of entire households while battling challenges that often remain unseen.
They navigate:
- School supply lists
- Appointments
- Meal planning
- Sports schedules
- Laundry
- Bills
- Emotional labor
- The relentless pressure to keep showing up, even when they’re running on empty
In the chaos, many moms have forgotten to prioritize their own well-being.
That’s why I created:

They deserve support.

Burnout Prevention Starts With You
Burnout doesn't happen overnight. It happens when we continuously ignore the signs that our mind and body need rest.
Here are a few reminders:
✅ Take your PTO. You earned it. Rest is not a reward—it's a necessity.
✅ Set boundaries. Not every email needs an immediate response, and not every task is an emergency.
✅ Use your lunch break. Step away from your desk, get fresh air, and recharge.
✅ Prioritize your health. Schedule those doctor appointments, go for the walk, drink the water, and get the sleep.
✅ Stop glorifying being busy. Being exhausted is not a badge of honor.
✅ Ask for help when you need it. You don't have to carry everything alone.
A well-rested employee is often more productive, creative, and engaged than one running on fumes.
💭 What's one thing you do to protect your mental health and prevent burnout?

I watched this and had to pause like—WAIT A MINUTE.
Are we really normalizing THIS now?!
Or am I the only one side-eyeing the whole situation?
