When you as a client first sit in a stylists chair that you have never met before how do you feel?

As for me being behind the chair I may come off quiet at first and then after awhile something we are talking about just clicks and everything feels so comfortable.

When that happens it feels like the wall comes down and we can talk as friends, and that right there is such a special part of my career. Connecting with like minded humans in many ways.

My clients feel like family, and to the new clients that I have met through Well Rooted it truly shows that you attract what you put out there. Thank you for the best connections.

When a client walks in and says “oh I don’t want it cut I am trying to grow it.” Cue spiel on why you need to cut your hair for it to actually grow…

☀️Your hair will always grow from your root but what WILL result in not cutting your ends every 2.5-3 months THEY WILL BREAK OFF. Cyaaa buh bye.

🐚Your ends will become so brittle, continue up the hair shaft, break break break and then they will eventually fall off over time. Which results in no hair growth.

🌵A great way to remember it’s time for a haircut is when the season changes.

🌱You should be getting a minimum of 4 haircuts per year to keep your hair healthy and to keep those split ends away!!!!

🌵Your hair will always continue to grow from your scalp but if you aren’t cutting off those split ends your hair will eventually be so brittle and break off aka no hair growth.

Nicole here is a chronic only getting her hair done 1-2 times a year type of girl.

🍉We usually do a subtle balayage for the warmer months and take her back to her natural for the cooler months.

❄️Keeping that in mind every time we do her hair I know what’s coming next and know how to best prepare for future appointments.
