A lot of salon owners are exhausted because they’re carrying everything in their head.
The scheduling.
The follow-up.
The team issues.
The client experience.
The “I’ll just do it myself” mindset.
And eventually… time disappears.
But time management isn’t the real problem most of the time.
It’s a systems problem.
It’s a leadership problem.
But don’t let it fool you, it takes time to create them!
The goal isn’t to work harder or squeeze more into your day.
The goal is to build a business that doesn’t fall apart when you step away for a minute.
Strong systems create freedom.
Strong leadership creates consistency.
And together?
They give you your time back.
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin lately, this is your reminder: We are here to help!

A salon is rarely just about hair.
It becomes a community.
A safe place.
For your guests…
and for your team.
It’s where people come to feel taken care of,
to feel confident,
to feel like they belong.
But here’s the part most owners don’t talk about.
That kind of environment doesn’t just happen.
It’s created. Protected. Led.
Every conversation.
Every expectation.
Every standard you allow or ignore…
That’s what shapes the culture your guests feel
the second they walk through your door.
You don’t just set the tone for your team,
you set the experience for every single client who sits in your chair.
And when it’s right?
People don’t just come back… they stay.
If your having trouble building and strengthening your team culture or maybe it just doesn't feel good, DM me, I'd love to help and hear what your working on!

"Alignment is a superpower." I wrote those words in our recent SiMPLEE U Insider newsletter, but they didn’t come from a place of constant hustle.
They came from a place of stillness.
As leaders, we often feel like we need to be the "frequency" 24/7, driving creativity, managing systems, and projecting energy.
But your business can’t find its "New Era" if you’re too busy to hear your own thoughts.
True alignment happens in the "Pause."
It’s the uncomfortable space where you sit with your ideas long enough to realize which ones are just noise and which ones are your future.
Are you in an era of change, or just an era of busy?
Give yourself permission to slow down so you can lead with power and towards your clear vision.
This has been me recently and personally I too am entering a new era.
I was standing on the edge of my own unsure of where I am and where I wanted to be.
Then as things shifted it wasn't that I needed more tasks or thinking I need to solve this problem or that problem; it was that I needed more alignment.
Heres a quote from my news letter for you, "Fulfillment is actually found in the balance between energy and ease."
If you feel like you’re spinning your wheels, you might not have a strategy problem.
You might have an alignment problem.

March, I mean that key lime pie!
Very much looking forward!
It's good to see you April!
If you want a salon that lasts…
you have to build it on standards that last.
As salon owners, we’re always teaching,
even when we’re not speaking.
We teach through:
• How we talk about other businesses
• How we handle competition
• How we give credit
• How we build and master our own brands
• How we protect creative work
• How we respond when something feels unfair
Character isn’t built in big moments.
It’s built in everyday quiet decisions.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
Salons that cut corners for quick visibility might grow fast but salons that operate with integrity and strategies will grow long.
Respect isn't just in the salon, it's all around your community.
It's that baby stylist who always looked up to you.
It's that suite owner who wants to own a salon someday too.
It's those other businesses in your area who you inspire.
Longevity is built on trust.
Trust with your team.
Trust with your clients.
Trust within your industry.
When your culture is rooted in respect and ownership, your reputation strengthens.
Your brand and business becomes steady.
Leadership protects the standard.
And standards protect the future of your business.
If your that salon owner who's thinking, what the hell am I doing wrong? Why does everyday not feel steady?
DM me! Now is the time to STRENGTHEN your leadership skills!

I didn’t fully understand that until I attended a leadership conference that completely challenged how I saw myself as a leader.
I walked in thinking I needed better systems.
Better scripts.
Better guest touchpoints.
What I realized?
I needed better awareness.
I had blind spots.
I was reacting instead of leading.
I was expecting alignment without creating clarity.
And my team felt it.
Not because they weren’t talented.
Not because they didn’t care.
But because leadership sets the temperature, whether we mean to or not.
When I came back, I didn’t change my guest experience first.
I changed how I showed up.
I clarified expectations.
I communicated vision differently.
I owned my inconsistencies.
I created structure instead of emotional leadership.
And guess what!
My team grew faster.
They got clearer.
They felt aligned.
And when the team feels aligned ,the guest experience elevates, naturally.
Revenue followed.
Retention improved.
Confidence expanded.
Leadership isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being aware enough to grow.
If you’re working harder on guest strategy than on your own leadership growth… this is your sign.
DM me GROW if you’re ready to lead at the level your salon deserves.
Sometimes I just gotta be honest.
It isn’t going to be easy.
But neither is staying stuck.
Growth asks more of you.
Leadership stretches you.
Building something that lasts?
That takes courage.
But I promise you this — it will be worth it. 💕
Leading a team is one thing. But leading you?
That’s where the real work starts.
The truth is… I’ve had to grow through things I didn’t want to look at.
Habits. Triggers. Old patterns.
Stuff I used to blame on the business or the people around me.
I feel like my whole life I've been on nervous system overload that I forget how to chill.
Like just waiting for the next ball to drop.
But leadership isn’t about fixing others first.
It’s about growing yourself.
Allison is allowed to be Allie.
You will have to learn and grow yourself long before you can even grow a business or a team.
If you’re in that season where you are the hardest part…
Your not broken, you are just begining!
