Fellowship Day Spa is looking for a Full of Part Time Spa Coordinator to join our team! The Spa Coordinator will oversee the operations of our front desk. This team member will be the main lesion between our clients and our Spa. The Spa Coordinator must be a motivated, capable person who will go the extra mile to bring exceptional service to our clients.

We are currently hiring for all shifts. We are looking for either one person to work all shifts, or split the shifts in half.

Immediate start date available.

Shifts include:

Tuesday's 9:30AM-3:00PM and 3:00PM-8:15PM

Wednesday's 9:30AM-2:00PM and 2:00PM-6:15PM

Thursday's 9:30AM-3:00PM and 3:00PM-8:15PM

Friday's 9:30AM-2:00PM and 2:00PM-7:15PM

Saturday's 8:30AM-5:30PM.

General Responsibilities:

Oversees all aspects of scheduling client appointments
Works with Square software to schedule the client experience
Provides exceptional service to our clients
Handles cash, credit card and gift card transactions
Keeps records of all clients through company systems
Supervises all communications between clients and the business including the phone calls, emails and in person conversations

Requirements of the Position:

Self motivator with a strong work ethic
Well organized and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Communicate efficiently and effectively with the Fellowship Massage Therapy team and our clients
Organize appointments efficiently and in a timely manner
Organize client records efficiently and in a timely manner
Create an environment of tranquility, relaxation and exceptional guest service
Ability to work nights and Saturdays

Compensation:

$12 an hour
