Thad and Jess Kittrell opened their first restaurant in their hometown of Dublin, Ohio back in 2012—combining his culinary creativity and her business savvy skills to bring a chef-owned, scratch kitchen to life.

Thad leads our culinary vision and works hands-on with chefs to shape the menu and guest experience. Jess keeps the engine running behind the scenes, leading strategy, systems—and all taste-testing responsibilities.😉

Together, they’re the team behind the flavor, hospitality, and heart of 101. They’re bringing it all to Mason this August!
