We have made it to our last day of of Gratitude Challenge. I encourage everyone to find ways to continue to practice gratitude in your life. I will leave you with one of my favorite quote . Sending love and light to all! 🥰 #

Since I don't have my own desk or sit often cause of my job . I set alarm every 2 hrs at work to speak out loud what I am grateful for . I do this alot at work cause I know that where I need to ground myself and refocus .( I work in surgery which can be draining at times.) What other spin to this idea can you come up with. Write it in the comments. 😁

Now this is one I have to get better at . Lol I usually like to do this before sunset on the weekends and just listen to everything surrounding me. Just breathe and ground myself barefoot and all.

Been under the weather but let's get back on track. Here is the next two days of our gratitude challenge.

I do this every morning on my way to work and on the way home. Nothing like good music to put you in a positive mood and feeling good about the day.
