Premiere Orlando is one of my favorite hair shows, and after attending for more than 15 years, it never disappoints. This year was right on time because I needed the rejuvenation… burn out is real!

Sometimes stepping away from the day-to-day demands of business isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Being surrounded by fellow beauty professionals, educators, innovators, and entrepreneurs reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

I left with fresh ideas, renewed energy, valuable connections, and a clearer vision for what’s next. Most importantly, I was reminded that growth requires making space to learn, evolve, and sometimes let go of what’s no longer serving you.

Now it’s time to take everything I gained and put it into action.
