🚨 UPDATED BOOKING POLICIES – PLEASE READ 🚨

When you book through my site, your appointment is a REQUEST until I approve it. Once approved, you will automatically receive a prompt to pay your deposit.

If your deposit is not paid, your appointment is NOT valid.
I don’t care if I’m providing the hair.
I don’t care if you’re my best friend.
Unless I personally tell you otherwise — PAY THAT DEPOSIT.

The only time your deposit is waived is when you rebook immediately after completing your service.

If I manually book your appointment and you receive a confirmation text, you must click the link to both confirm and submit your deposit.

No deposit = No appointment.

⏰ Late Policy
After 30 minutes, a late fee will be applied.
Late fees are not for me — they compensate the client scheduled after you for the inconvenience.

➕ Same-Day Add-Ons
Any same-day service additions will include an additional charge. Adding services affects the client after you, and they will receive a discount for the inconvenience.

And to keep it fair —
If I am running late, your appointment will be discounted.

This is a business. My clientele is growing — not just in numbers, but in quality. We will respect everyone’s time.
