Since creating Neely Glam Studios Makeup Artistry, I have performed lead position in makeup for over dozens of bridal parties, proms, photoshoots, and even a few fashion shows and competed in a few makeup artist competitions; I did win Makeup Artist of the Year in 2018 and won the chance to do makeup internationally in Italy. I've been nominated several times for makeup artist of the year by ACHI
Magazine and my work has been published in several magazines. I've been interviewed a couple times on the local radio station here in Raleigh, NC. and I was a makeup artist sponsor for Raleigh's Traingle TORCH Cheerleading team for a season. I've had the opportunity to do celebrity makeup, I've won a regional competition and more! During the 2020 global pandemic, I birthed an extension of Neely Glam Studios Makeup Artistry and I call her Chai's Healing Corner Holistic & Metaphysical, LLC. Chai focuses on the aid of selfcare, bringing your innerG (energy) back to center, catering to women's inner beauty while boosting their self confidence, bringing beauty full circle, in a holistic sense, healing the mind, body and soul; so you can glow from the inside out. I've hand created all natural soaps, butters, baths to renew your spirit, candles, jewelry and more. I do believe one of the most overlooked things in makeup is that you don't need healthy skin since you are applying a full face of makeup which will mask whatever is under there... FALSE! A good skincare regimen makes for a great makeup application. They say you evolve into a new version of yourself every 7 years. There has been tremendous evolution in my life, my focus and my passion. So, after much thought, I've decided to rebrand my makeup artistry. It is time for something NEW! On 2.22.2022, I will be retiring the name 'Neely Glam Studios Makeup Artistry', and I will be introducing 'Celestial Glam By CHAI Makeup Artistry'.

. In early 2015, Neely became an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay, where she began to dig a little deeper into her love of makeup. Neely began to use her excess inventory to give her friends little makeovers. It wasn't before long referrals would come here and there. Two years later, Neely has participated in several bridal events, hosted a couple one on one tutorials and has blessed nearly a hundred women in North Carolina with her natural born talent! During this past summer, Neely had the pleasure of doing makeup for celebrity and Grammy nominated rap artist, Remy Ma. Neely was also nominated by ACHI Magazine Awards for Makeup Artist Of The Year and has been featured in her very first publication of the Carolina Connect.
