Shining Stars Yoga

I’ve been doing some reflecting lately.

What started as a way for my daughter and me to challenge our minds and bodies together through kids yoga became so much more than I ever imagined. While she eventually outgrew our practice, my love for yoga only continued to grow.

Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible families, sharing unforgettable experiences, and participating in amazing events. Every class brought me joy. My little yogis inspired me with their curiosity, energy, and growth. The families I worked with welcomed me with kindness and trust, and my fellow instructors and partners always made me feel at home.

I am deeply grateful for every family who trusted me with their children, every yogi who stepped onto a mat with me, and every opportunity I had to create a safe, supportive, and joyful space for learning and connection.

These experiences have left a lasting impact on my heart, and I will be forever thankful for the community that embraced me along the way.

While this chapter has evolved, I’m still a yoga teacher at heart and always happy to join pop-ups, special events, and community gatherings whenever the opportunity arises.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. It has meant more to me than words can express. 💛🌟
