How many of you have made your own Peppermint Cooling Spray??
Try this DIY when you can't beat the heat!
Ingredients:
▪️Glass spray bottle (2 ounces)
▪️Water
▪️Peppermint EO
Instructions:
▪️Fill glass spray bottle with water (leaving room at the top)
▪️Put 5-10 drops in
▪️Shake it up and spray over neck, chest, back - any place you need a cool down!
👉Great to have on hand for outdoor activities 🚴, kids sports ⛹️♀️, or anyone who works outside.👷♂️
Insider Tips:
▪️Leave it in the fridge for extra cooling. ❄️❄️❄️

I just made a batch of organic baby belly rub! I used coconut oil, sweet almond oil, cocoa butter, and Gentle Baby! With only 8 1/2 weeks left, I'm surely gonna use this multiple times a day 😄
