It’s proof that as an industry, we want to be better! The truth is that we get into this industry, take so many technical classes (which don’t get me wrong, are so important), but then comes the missing piece: handling tough conversations.

This means:

⭐️ Establishing your boundaries

⭐️ Being assertive but not aggressive, matter of fact but not argumentative

⭐️ Adjusting to the client when possible, but knowing that you must honor your policies
