If this toll booth is closed none of your fluid is going to drain.

The contact is in the fleshy spot above your collarbones (clavicles). You are not where your collarbone meets your sternum… that’s too far in and plus you’ll be pushing on arteries, veins, nerves etc 😉

10-50 pumps. You choose.
1 pump per second (listen to the beat of the song)
The more congestion you have = more pumps
Do it a minimum 1x daily (better is 2x’s daily.)

Congestion will look different for everyone. I ll do a post after we get through the specific 7 of wha congestion can look like

Some people are going to see results right away, others it’s going to take monthS (yes plural) to see or maybe feel change.

Don’t get discouraged as I am going to encourage you to think about how long you have had congested, stagnant lymph. If it’s been months, years, even decades isn’t not realistic to think it’s going to fix over night.
I would love it if it did, but our bodies heal at the rate they are able to.

So please consistency and frequency are going to be your lymphatic systems best friends
