It’s hard to believe this little girl is 14.
Fourteen year of the joy she has brought us. Nick, Bruce, and I will spoil her rotten all day. Happy birthday Sugarbell.

My loathe of summer (too hot, too humid, and too many bug bites) is always allayed by the gorgeous peonies making their annual appearance.
I already have 3 times as many blooms this year than last year. 🩷
Grateful for the flowers of the gods and to be able to bring some of the ethereal, glorious power inside my home.

Spring time in Minnesota is all about emerging from dormancy in full color and splendor.
Mother Earth is reminding us that she was just resting for a bit so she could show us what she’s really made of.
It’s powerful and beautiful, and I love getting to witness this cacophony of color and heavenly scents every year.
What a dream….

Yesterday was Independent Bookstore Day. We visited several shops and have some new favorites.
Spotted a table full of a genre I had never heard of…Iyashikei (Japanese Healing books). So I bought one. I just finished it and it was delightful.
Have any of you heard of this genre? Have you read it? Do you have recommendations?

Started this in February and just wrapped it up. Grateful to have earned my certificate in aesthetic injections. I will start accepting appointments and Cindy Ravn Skin & Health in May.
Always aiming to stay curious, keep learning, and remember there’s always more to grow into.
Next training starts on Monday for my new RN position at Planned Parenthood. 🩷

This month is full of changes.
In the next 2 weeks I will be trained and certified in filler and Tox, and will be adding it to my menu soon.
I’ve also accepted a nursing position which means there will be changes to my availability.
Scheduling is open online on Mondays from May-July while I am training but will try to accommodate other days/times as best as I can.
Looking forward to seeing you soon.

A little refresher before my training starts.
Well, this was amazing!
A couple of key takeaways:
