It may look like you are getting more bang for your buck with that Target shampoo, but very little of it is made with vitamins, minerals, cleansers and oils that you need to keep your hair looking amazing. We have always done a partial highlight, but this time we decided to darken her base for fall. We kept lightness around her face, but added depth at her root. ⁣
