The Restorative Experience is your monthly invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. This deeply rejuvenating pop‑up class at The Yoga Spa blends breathwork, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga to create a sanctuary of calm.
Your journey begins with grounding breathwork to settle the mind and reconnect with your body. You’ll then drift into a soothing yoga nidra meditation designed to cultivate inner peace and mental clarity. From there, you’ll be guided into gentle restorative postures supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks, sandbags, and eye pillows—encouraging your muscles to release and your nervous system to unwind.
This class is a space to let go of tension, nourish your spirit, and rediscover balance. Step into stillness, breathe deeply, and experience the restorative power of intentional rest.
