Let's talk about sleep or lack of it😳. Sleep is important for quality of life. Did you know that we can only live 11 days without sleep? The body can live longer with no food than sleep. Over 70 million americans are affected by chronic sleep loss. Sleeping pill use is associated with over a half a million deaths a year and there use can lead to calcification of the pineal gland that is the sleep gland. 69% of children experience one or more sleep problems a week! Wow!
