Hi, I’m Kayla. 🤍

For years, I’ve had the privilege of helping women feel more confident.

I’ve celebrated promotions, weddings, babies, fresh starts, and countless moments where women chose to invest in themselves.

But somewhere along the way, I realized something.

The most beautiful transformations don’t happen in front of a mirror.

They happen quietly.

When you start speaking kindly to yourself.
When you choose growth over comfort.
When you begin protecting your peace.
When you stop measuring your worth by what you do for everyone else.

As women, we’re often taught that our value comes from how much we give.

We pour into our families, our careers, our friendships, and our communities until our own cup is empty.

But here’s what I’m learning:

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
Your mental health matters.
Your purpose matters.
Your joy matters.

And when we become healthier, stronger, and more grounded, we’re able to love and serve others from a place of abundance instead of exhaustion.

That’s why I created HER Standard.

Not to tell women who they should become…
