Most people don’t know this, but when I first started as a trainer, I was seriously struggling with imposter syndrome. I questioned whether I was good enough, smart enough, or fit enough to help others. It took time—and a lot of client success stories—to realize that people weren’t looking for perfect. They were looking for real. I show up now with full confidence, not because I’m flawless, but because I care deeply and I’ve put in the work.
