The start of the new year, 2026, brought unexpected difficulties, including technical issues with my shipping system and personal phone, CashApp, and bank issues. These unforeseen problems resulted in a delay in shipping, for which I sincerely apologize. I communicated with all affected parties, and the majority were understanding of the situation. However, one individual was not receptive to my explanation and responded in a manner that was discouraging. Despite my efforts to maintain a professional demeanor, the conversation escalated. I want to assure you that I would never intentionally withhold anyone's order or payment. This experience has taught me the importance of maintaining my integrity and not engaging with negativity. I have decided to move forward, not talk mych about my health, focusing on my business and the positive relationships I have with my clients.
