I took a break saturday and sunday. I started today w/my walk w/my good friend Yuma! We so enjoy our morning walks. I hope all of you are focusing on getting some exercise today! Have a beautiful day!

Taking baby steps and leads to bigger steps until we accomplish our goals. Yipee!!

Know I am taking the dog for a walk makes me disciplined. I have walked no matter how I felt. Everyday is a challenge. If I get up every morning and walk, I have accomplished a great deal.

Have been walking every morning and sometimes running! I take my next door neighbors dog with me and we have a great time going to the park.

Ok, El Paso has a fresh atmosphere-it got a much needed bath!. The air is fresh! Ahhh! It is going to be a beautiful day! Great for a delicious walk! Yeah

Can anyone tell me what they do at work to get in some exercise!

Remember to walk as much as possible. My friends ask why I park my vehicle so far away from the store. I try to use every moment to incorporate it into a time to exercise. Exercise does not need to be conventional. Use the beautiful brain you have and be creative!

Today is a happy day! Yesterday was a happy day also! I hope everyone had a lovely time. I had a early dinner with friends. Gifts were given and we laughed.
