If you only have 2 minutes before bed… do this.
These 3 simple stretches can help reduce neck and shoulder tension while signaling safety to your nervous system.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing what you’ll actually repeat.
That’s my specialty: making wellness simple.
Save this for tonight. Your body will thank you.
💛 Follow for science-backed sleep, stress, and nervous system tips.

Hot day? Overheated mind? 🌙❄️
Try this cooling breath.
✨ Close your right nostril.
✨ Breathe slowly through your left nostril using your nose if possible.
In yoga, the left nostril (Ida Nadi) is associated with cooling, calming, moon-like energy. This gentle practice can help you feel more relaxed after a hot summer day or wind down before bed.
Take 5–10 slow breaths, soften your shoulders, and let your body settle.
💛Save this for warm summer nights and follow me for more science-backed sleep, stress, and nervous system tips.
Avocado hugs,
Monica
Can’t fall asleep because your mind or body won’t slow down? Try this simple breathing exercise to help your nervous system shift into rest mode. 🌙💤
✨ Step 1: Take 3 deep breaths.
Inhale through your nose, then exhale through your mouth with an audible sigh or “haaa” sound. Let the tension leave your body.
✨ Step 2: Place one hand on your belly and one on your chest.
Take 3 slow, calming breaths, feeling your belly rise first, then gently exhale through your nose.
The key isn’t just doing this at bedtime—practice it throughout the day. Every repetition teaches your nervous system that you’re safe, making it easier to relax and fall asleep faster at night.
Your body learns through repetition. Train calm during the day, and your nights will thank you. 🤍
✨ Follow me for science-backed sleep tips, breathing exercises, stress relief, and natural ways to improve your sleep.

High stress = poor sleep… unless you support your nervous system 🌙 If your mind races at night, you wake up exhausted, or you feel “wired but tired”…your body may be stuck in stress mode.
Here are simple sleep hacks that actually help busy professionals:
Tip 1:
☀️ Get sunlight first thing in the morning→ helps regulate your circadian rhythm and improve sleep quality
Tip 2:
🧘♀️ Practice Yoga Nidra→ a guided rest practice that helps calm the brain and body quickly
Go to monicalebaron.com via 🔗 in bio to download my audio and experience one of my super powers for free.
10 min yoga nidra = 1 hr rest
Tip 3:
😴 Use an eye mask→ supports deeper, uninterrupted sleep by reducing light exposure
My absolute favorite mask is made by a women own business
Tip 4:
📱 Reduce stimulation before bed→ your nervous system needs time to transition into rest
✨ Better sleep isn’t about doing more.
It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to rest.
Which one will you try first? 👇
